How to Become a Client
If you are buying or selling real estate in Massachusetts and you want legal representation with the transaction, we can help. At the Law Office of Jack Morrison, we help individuals and families though the legal maze of selling or purchasing their home.

Buying or selling your home is a big commitment and will require an investment of time, money and resources. You want the process to go smoothly and you need to make sure that you’re protected— especially, if problems arise.

In my 16 years of practicing law in Worcester and Clinton, MA, we have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers. To work together, we first have to set up a time to talk and discuss your specific situation.

Welcome—by starting this process, you are joining our family of clients.

Two Easy Steps to Hiring Us:

Step 1: Send Us a Request
Complete the form below and send to us to request a meeting with Worcester Real Estate Attorney Jack Morrison

Or, call our office at (508)852-7800 and ask for Melanie. She will obtain the necessary information and start the process.

Step 2: Setting up an Appointment
Within 24 hours (except weekends) our office will contact you to set up an appointment to discuss your matter. The appointment can be conducted over the telephone, or if you prefer, in our office.

Once we have discussed your particular situation, and believe that we can help you, we establish the attorney-client relationship. When we agree to provide legal representation, you will receive a Welcome Kit in the mail. The Welcome kit contains the office information (directions to the office, office hours and business cards). The kit also comes with an explanation of what to expect over the next few weeks—so you understand and expect what’s about to happen. There is also a discount for other legal services that you can use or can give to a friend.

Welcome to the family and congratulations for taking the first step to ensure a smooth buying or selling process.
